FIREWATER SYSTEMS, INC. LIMITED WARRANTIES
Firewater Systems, Inc. Warrants, to the original owner, from the date of installation, at the original installation location, that the product will be free from defects for 1 year.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective under conditions of normal use and does not extend to liability for incidental, special, freight (shipping), or consequential damages or losses such as loss of time. No warranty applies to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, and acceptances where required. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the face of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages.

Failures resulting from misuse, improper installation, or design, or lack of maintenance are not covered by this warranty. In no event shall Firewater Systems, Inc. Liability hereunder exceed the material replacement cost of the product component found to be defective.

Warranty claims shall be submitted in writing, including photos of defective part(s) if possible. Include proof of purchase, installation location, date of installation, and installation contractor.
